ACC CAD Pty Ltd

ACC CAD Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australian Clubs Consortium (ACC), held in equal shares by RAA, RACQ and RAC WA.

The company's sole purpose is to operate the Common Australian Roadside System (CARS) on behalf of its shareholding clubs and their contracted partners.

As part of CARS operations, ACC CAD Pty Ltd sends operational SMS notifications to roadside assistance customers of participating clubs (for example, patrol dispatch and arrival updates). These messages are sent under the following registered alphanumeric Sender ID(s):

• RAA (for customers of Royal Automobile Association of South Australia)
• RACQ (for customers of Royal Automotive Club of Queensland)
• RAC (for customers of Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia)
• RACT (for customers of Royal Automobile Club of Tasmania)
• AANT (for customers of Automobile Association of Northern Territory)
• ACC CAD (for customers of all above clubs on behalf of the club)
